Specific project scope, pricing, materials, and timelines are outlined in a separate written estimate or construction agreement for each project, these Terms do not replace a signed contract.

Estimates and quotes discussed during initial consultations are preliminary and based on the information submitted. They are not guaranteed until reviewed and are subject to change based on final project scope, site conditions, and material costs. Work begins only after a written agreement is signed.

We use GoHighLevel, a third-party scheduling and communication platform, to manage appointment booking, confirmations, and reminders. When you book a consultation, you may receive automated email and/or SMS text reminders confirming the date and time. We do not use text messaging for marketing or promotional purposes — SMS is limited to scheduling-related messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any text or by emailing us at office@branchbros.llc. Opting out may affect our ability to send you reminders.

Before an in-person consultation, we may ask you to complete an intake form to help us understand your project needs. This information is used solely to prepare for your consultation. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this information is handled.

Please provide at least [24/48] hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect our ability to accommodate future scheduling requests.

All text, images, and content on this site belong to Branch Brothers Construction, LLC and may not be reused or reproduced without permission. We may photograph completed or in-progress projects for marketing and portfolio use. If you don't want your project photographed or featured, notify us in writing before work begins.

We strive to provide accurate information, but we cannot guarantee all content is error-free or current. Services are subject to availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our website, scheduling tools, or communications, including delays caused by third-party platforms (such as SMS delivery issues). This does not limit liability arising from a signed construction contract, which is governed separately by that agreement.
