Who We Are
Branch Brothers is a family business, run by Yod Branch and his wife, Nicolle Timm-Branch. Yod has been building in Central Oregon since 2000: custom homes, whole-home remodels, additions, ADUs, historic renovations, and detailed finish carpentry. Nicolle is a third-generation Bend local and a registered nurse, and she brings the same thing to homeowners that she brings to patients: clear communication and a calm hand when things get stressful.
Together they built a company around a simple idea: the projects people are happiest with years later are the ones where they felt confident about their decisions from day one. That means we spend real time up front - walking the property, talking through tradeoffs, being honest about budget, so you're not guessing your way through construction.
We're not just contractors passing through. We live here, our kids go to school here, and we volunteer with local nonprofits because this community is where we actually build our lives, not just other people's houses.
